This hotel is a great find in the old town of Chiang Mai. It offers excellent value for money with its basic amenities, clean rooms, and breakfast included. The location is perfect, right at one of the ends of the Sunday night market and inside the city wall.
No lift available, but all was fine.

During my recent Christmas trip, I had an amazing experience at this budget hotel. The hotel offered great value for money, with a nice breakfast that had a coffee machine which made surprisingly good cappuccinos and lattes. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a short walk to local restaurants and cafes. Plus, the night market was only a few minutes away on foot, which was a great advantage to find some last-minute Christmas gifts.
While I had a positive experience overall, the hotel had a few minor shortcomings. Some mosquitoes made their way into the room, which was a bit of a nuisance.

I loved the central location of this hotel in the heart of the old town, which made it easy for me to explore the city by foot. The staff were very friendly and always smiling, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was neat and clean with a comfortable bed, and I appreciated that the towels were changed every day. Plus, the breakfast served here was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

The location was very convenient, close to the night market and public transportation. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. the room had a nice view of the city and was cleaned daily.
The room was smaller than expected and there was no elevator, which was difficult for carrying luggage. the air conditioning was not working well and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep.

the hotel was almost in front of one of the main temples and within easy walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. the staff provided excellent service and the room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. the complimentary coffee was a nice bonus.
I did notice a slight downside to the water pressure in the shower.
